This is a hobby for us. We aren’t selling cancer cures, antibodies or vaccines. We are passionate and sell the best quality stuff, but we have responsibilities (day jobs, family, etc.) that may not meet YOUR expectations for shipping or fixing signs. Should you need things immediately (for whatever reason) we recommend you contact another retailer of these items. But there aren’t any, you whine. Exactly. Have some patience and perspective. These are beer signs.

We won’t ship motion signs. Selfish? Stupid? Sure. Every story has two sides, right? If needed, we can email you examples of signs that were packed by pros that have been RUINED by a week in transit. Dozens of them. These make both of us sad. It’s a huge hassle to file an insurance claim with ANY shipper. We sell and restore signs and want to make people happy. Having them ruined in the process doesn’t need to happen. Therefore, we make the rules.

Parts and pricing: The motors need to be ordered in a quantity of 100. They are correct in every aspect and are American made. You can get them cheaper with some savvy and shopping. No, we can’t “do any better” on prices. Our prices are not making anyone rich. Like Stevan says, “When I’m looking for replacement parts for my muscle cars, I’m just glad someone HAS them!” We fix the problems of the frugal, frantic and fanatical. It’s a fun hobby and we enjoy helping folks. (Caller ID makes it easier to ignore the ones who we wrote this for)
